The traditional strong alcoholic rye drink Handsa has been prepared in southern Estonia since ancient times and this drink is an important component of the rich seto culture. Hands was used on holidays and when he was put on the table – this meant that the guest became his own. According to tradition, the hands were served in piles – this was decided by the owner, who already had enough.
Inspired by the Sosku Hands, this is a fragrant cereal schnapps prepared according to the traditions of Southern Estonia, which carries a historical taste and customs.

Traditsioonilist kanget alkohoolset rukijooki Handsa on Lõuna-Eestis valmistatud iidsetest aegadest peale ja see jook on rikka setu kultuuri oluline komponent. Käsi kasutati pühadel ja kui ta lauale pandi – see tähendas, et külalisest sai tema oma. Traditsiooni kohaselt serveeriti käed vaiades – selle otsustas omanik, kellel oli juba piisavalt.
