Quinoa white (25kg)
Quinoa is a pseudo-cereal culture that came to us from the distant mountains of Peru. Many centuries ago, quinoa groats (also called quinoa, quinoa) were the basis of the diet of the Inca Indians, who called healthy cereals a golden grain.
The main benefit of this fancy cereal is that it is free of gluten, making it available to people with gluten intolerance and is widely used in weight loss diets. Quinoa also favorably distinguishes among other cereals that are more familiar to us, that there are much more microelements and vitamins in it than in similar products, and it is also more nutritious. Quinoa is rich in vegetable protein and lysine (an amino acid that helps to strengthen bones, blood vessels, hair, teeth), vitamins A, B, C, E, trace elements and minerals.
The main beneficial properties: –
Removes harmful substances, cholesterol, toxins –
Useful for diabetics (a lot of fiber)
–
Helps hypertensive patients to stabilize blood pressure – Calms the nervous system
– Helps to absorb calcium for bone health –
Prevention of arthritis.
Quinoa tastes like unprocessed rice, boiled like regular cereals, but it is very advisable to soak in water for an hour before cooking to avoid bitterness in the finished dish. Quinoa is used to make salty and sweet cereals, desserts, granola, cereal bars, pasta, and even bread (quinoa flour). Pairs well with chia seeds.
