Saku Manchester
The Taste of Manchester ehk lühidalt Saku Manchester on Inglise õllemeistrite parimate saavutuste eeskujul pruulitud lahja magusa alatooniga punane õlu. Inglismaal nimetatakse sellist õlut ale’ks ja igas endast lugupidavas traditsioonilises Inglise pubis on seda sorti maheda maitsega punane õlu õllemenüüs esikohal.
Inglise aktsendi annavad Saku Manchesterile pruulimisel kasutatud heledad ja karamell-linnased ning aromaatsed humalad, mis üheskoos muudavad õlle maitselt magusamaks ja annavad sellele punase tooni. Inglise ale’le omaselt on Saku Manchesteri süsihappegaasi sisaldus tavapärasest madalam.

The Taste of Manchester, or Saku Manchester for short, is a red beer with a lean sweet undertone brewed following the best achievements of English beer masters. In England, this kind of beer is called ale, and in every self-respecting traditional English pub, this kind of mild-tasting red beer comes first in the beer menu.
The English accent is given to Saku Manchester by the light and caramel malt and aromatic hops used in the brewing, which together make the beer taste sweeter and give it a red hue. Characteristic of English ale, Saku Manchester’s carbon dioxide content is lower than usual.
